2. Data we collect

Application data: when you apply, we collect your name, email, social handles, follower range, niche, and how you currently monetize — so we can review your fit and respond to you.

Waitlist data: your email address and follower range, so we can send you resources and updates.

Analytics & advertising data: with your consent, we use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 cookies to understand site usage and measure our advertising. No tracking scripts load unless you accept cookies.

3. How we use your data

To review applications, communicate with you, send resources you requested, improve this site, and measure advertising performance. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal bases (EU/EEA visitors)

Consent (analytics/advertising cookies, waitlist emails), and legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps (processing your application).

5. Sharing

Application data is stored in our workflow tools (form processing, CRM, and email providers) solely to operate the application process. Consented analytics data is shared with Meta and Google per their respective privacy policies.

6. Retention

We keep application data for up to 24 months, waitlist data until you unsubscribe, and analytics data per the retention settings of the respective tools.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing hello@publishcreators.com. EU/EEA residents may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
